Vincenzo Ep 16 Recap (Shocking Episode, Spoiler)

I am frankly still shocked after watching episode 16 of Vincenzo. I think we can call this the best episode of all time, but also the worst because they left us on the biggest cliffhanger ever. I think we're all waiting for April 24th religiously now.

RECAP:

First were starting off with the last cliffhanger of Vincenzo being framed for the murder of Oh Jeong-Bae from Daechang Daily. Instead of being taken by the police he quotes "you must get out of it before you hit the bottom", then he fights off the Police Officers. Meanwhile Park Seok Do (Former Babel Gang Member Leader) encounters one of the Hit Men that was ordered to frame Vincenzo. As the man seems unknown he uses his jiu jitsu to take him down, his friend now coming in hits the man with a beer bottle. Vincenzo and Tak Hong-Sik (From Jeil Dry Cleaners) drive away from the police, as they find a place to park to overview the situation.

Park Seok Do then tells Vincenzo about the suspicious man he captured, afterwards he went to meet Vincenzo and Hong-Sik with the man. Meanwhile Choi Myung Hee and the Jang Jun Woo are irritated on how Vincenzo has already got away from the police. Subsequently Vincenzo uses his ways to find out who ordered the man to kill Jeong-bae and who was working with him. Vincenzo, Cha Young, Hong Sik, Seok Do and his friend, then find out the other 2 men who framed him and take them all to the Police. The men first struck Jeong Bae with a blunt object to kill him in front of his office.

After they killed him, they removed his body from the building without anyone knowing. And... they brought the body to Geumga Plaza and moved it to the rooftop. They made a false report to the police to frame Vincenzo, while they lured Vincenzo to the rooftop of the central building. When Vincenzo arrived they dropped Jeong-bae's body to the ground. Their proof is very clear, as the van they came in had the cart they used to move Mr. Oh's Body, the weapons they used and Oh's Bloodstains were in the van.

The dashcam in the van is also solid evidence that they killed Mr. Oh.  That morning Mr. Park Do-Hun (Wusang Law Firm Lawyer)  then got arrested for ordering the murder. We all know who was really behind it though. Park Seok Do asks Vincenzo to grant a wish for him since he helped, his wish was for Vincenzo to model for their flyers. Did he do it? Yes and No Lol. Meanwhile Jang Jun Woo and the others are dumbfounded on how they lost to Vincenzo again. Han Seung-Hyuk is rather infuriated on how Jang Han Seo is making his law firm into a contract killing agency.

It is now time for Ms. Gyeong Ja to go outside, and spend her day with Vincenzo and Cha Young. Gyeong Ja wanted to go to the photobooth first so she can get her picture for her funeral tooken. While they were there, Hong Cha Young made Vincenzo and Gyeong Ja take a picture together, considering that Gyeong Ja is Vincenzo's Mother. Afterwards they both go on a walk with Ms. Oh Gyeong Ja. Hong Cha-Young left Vincenzo and Gyeong Ja together so they can spend time together. Gyeong Ja then starts telling Vincenzo about her son that she abandoned when she was young, and how if she ever meets up with him again she'd like to tell him "I'm sorry i couldn't keep my promise, that i'd come for you soon. There hasn't been a single day that i haven't thought about you." At that they both start crying silently.

Meanwhile Jang Jun Woo questioned on how Vincenzo found out about his dirty laundry. His conclusion was that he had the Guillotine file. An inspector came later that day to Geumga Plaza. Ms. Gyeong Ja then said goodbye to Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young, with giving Vincenzo a long hug. Lee Cheol- Wook ( Geumga Plaza Nutjob) and Jang Yeo-Jin then come out with the exciting news of having a baby, so they decide to celebrate it in Geumga Plaza.

The fire fighters then show up surprising everyone, they then see gas everywhere wondering where the gas was coming from. The Fire Fighters found a cut in the gas pipe and a watch with a time of 30 seconds counting down. Vincenzo takes the watch and runs for the back window to throw it out the building. There only conclusion of who cut the gas pipe was the inspector from earlier. Once again we all knew who was really behind it.

Jang Jun Woo is furious once again, throwing things at his brother.  Jang Han Seo says that he did the job properly but out of nowhere firefighters showed up. He then indirectly calls his brother Jang Jun Woo reckless for using such method. Jang Jun Woo finally decides to take a big move and goes to Vincenzo's mothers hospital.

Vincenzo and the others are still clueless as to who called the firefighters, until Jang Han Seo shows up boasting about how he saved their lives. Jang Han Seo then asks what he can do for them, and Vincenzo says he can sort papers alphabetically. Vincenzo then figures out that Jang Jun Woo knows about the Guillotine file.

Kang Ho-Chul a criminal who just got released under Wusangs orders, gets acquainted with Choi Myung-Hee. She orders him to kill Vincenzo's Mother. Jang Jun Woo then goes to visit Oh Gyeong Ja, finding out information about her and Vincenzo's relationship. Vincenzo then decides to visit his mother and tell her that she's his son. Meanwhile Kang Ho-Chul (Former Criminal) is at Oh Gyeong Ja hospital room. He stabs the bodyguard and enters her room. He then chokes her to death and exits the room.

Vincenzo gets to the hospital and finds that his mother was murdered. He looks at the CCTV and finds the identity of the man. Meanwhile, Jang Jun Woo and Choi Myung Hee get the call that the job is done. They celebrate and dance together. Vincenzo then goes to Kang Ho-Chul's house and beats him half to death. Kang Ho Chul leads Vincenzo to Jang Junwoo and the others in a terrible beat up state. When he gets to the house he shoots Ho-Chul in the head and points the gun at Jang Jun Woo. AND IT ENDED THERE ON THAT CLIFFHANGER.

The Best Top 5 Psychopathic Serial Killer K-dramas on Netflix

  1. Voice

Voice is a South Korean tv show, it contains 3 seasons coming out to 44 episodes. Moo Jin Hyuk is a "Mad Dog" detective who becomes guilt-ridden after his wife was murdered while he was at work. Kang Kwon Joo is a tough Police Woman who is gifted with perfect super natural hearing abilities and voice profiling skills. She was working at the call center when a brutal murder case took place, killing her father and Moo Jin Hyuk's wife. Three years later, Jin Hyuk and Kwon joo team up as the "Golden Time Team", solving cases together and chasing after the serial killer who took away their loved ones.

This drama is truly one of a kind, I absolutely in love with serial killer dramas so this was perfect for me. I'd say this is actually one of my favorites, I love the emotions from Kim Jae Wook and how he shows Psychopathic Mental Illness so well. I can guarantee your gonna be in love with this one. It is a bit Gory and Brutal , so if you can't handle stuff like that i would consider choosing a different one.

(These might not be accurate because some don't have official trailers)

2. Bad Guys

Bad guys is an 11 episode tv show, containing 1 season. To reduce Violent Crimes the Police Chief asks Detective Oh Goo- Tak to form a team consisting of criminals, to help get rid of other criminals. Detective Oh Goo-Tak is currently suspended for using excessive force. Detective Oh Goo-Tak gathers a Gangster, A Young Serial Killer with extraordinary intelligence and a Contract Killer. Also, A Police Inspector, Yoo Mi-Young. Together they fight criminals and try to become better people while discovering themselves in the process, Not to mention every mission they complete that person gets a year sentence reduce.

This was also one of my favorites, once again I love dramas that include serial killers. This drama has lots of plot twists and deep stories hidden. I recommend this strongly, it doesn't contain as much gore as "Voice" so that's also a plus.

3. Strangers From Hell

Strangers from Hell is a one season TV Show with 10 episodes. Yoon Jong-Woo is a man is his 20's. He has lived in a small town for half of his life, but he ended up moving to Seoul for a small office job. He moves into a very small residence with weird and suspicious residents. Turns out moving there was the worst mistake of his life.

This was seriously the creepiest thing i've ever watched borderline. So many creepy characters and weird plot twists, But i've gotta say its super good, i couldn't stop watching when i started, even though i was freaked out heavily LOL.

4. The Guest

The guest has 1 season and 16 episodes, not super long. Crimes caused by mysterious powers take place, A psychic, a Catholic Priest and a detective fight against these crimes. Yoon Hwa-Pyung is the psychic, he was born into a shaman family. Yoon Hwa-Pyung seeks out those possessed by evil spirits and attempts to expel those evil spirits.

Choi Yoon is the Catholic Priest, He is cynical and cool-headed. He doesn't like having relationships with others. He is recognized for his abilities as a Exorcist

Kang Kil-Young is the detective, she doesn't believe in evil spirits nor exorcism, but her views change because of Yoon Hwa-Pyung and Choi Yoon

Together they try and fight the powerful spirit "Park Ill Do".

I didn't know if i was gonna like this one or not, but trust me it's so good. I love the emotions displayed in this one, it also has lots of plot twists which is very entertaining. I put this evil spirit one on this list because The evil spirit is literally a serial killer. This is super good, nothing to gory or gross. Well i mean kinda, but every crime drama is gonna have something brutal in it LOL.

5. Rugal

Rugal has 1 season and 16 episodes. Kang Ki-Beom was an elite Detective, he was currently investigating the criminal organization Argos, but, when he comes home, he finds several men in masks. His wife is murdered by the mass men sent from Argos. They beat Kang Ki-Beom and stabbed both of his eyeballs out. When Kang Ki-Beom wakes up, he finds himself in the hospital, accused of murdering his wife. The NIS then approaches Kang Ki-Beom. He is selected to become a member of Rugal, a special team organized by the NIS. Through Biotechnology, he gains 2 artificial eyeballs with a special ability. Kang Ki Beom and the Rugal team set out to take down Argos.

This drama was literally perfect. The plot, emotions, characters, it was all so good i couldn't stop watching. Although I do hate Chon Duk Gu which is the brutal serial killer.
